10/10. I've never had a bad experience at a discount tire. And this discount tire absolutely blew me away. Professional and knowledgeable customer service reps. Never felt pressured to buy extra anything. And they were quick. Come here for an easy, no bs visit if you need tires.

My brother and I came to Discount Tires to air up my tires since my sensor was still on after airing them earlier in the day. David was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. We appreciate your hard work!

I went in knowing what I wanted to buy but after working with Nick, I left with a better, full set of tires and even saved a bit of money too. He was very friendly, but not in a sleazy car salesman kind of way. He listened to what I wanted and also what I needed and made sure my Mom car Jeep still looked pretty cool. Employees like Nic are the reason I’m a lifelong customer at discount tire. My car rides like it did when I first got it and it feels like a dream. Thanks, Nic.

Literally the greatest experience I've ever had at a tire shop. Alex May absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I came in with a tire leak I had for like a month and didn't know what the issue was. Come to find out I had 3 nails in my tire. All of the services to get it repaired were free. Except the third nail was too close to the sidewall and I had to get a new tire. I didn't have the funds to pay for it (I sell life insurance lol) and Alex did everything possible to get me back out on the road. He ended up giving me a free used tire. I'm 28 years old and I never look for handouts and Alex and Chris' service literally almost brought me to tears. I've never been anywhere where the employees care so much about the customer. If you live in Arlington and you have tire issues, this location at 818 N Collins St at the ONLY discount tire location you should go to! They will take care of you!

The first time I came here was for tires and the service was excellent. They even noticed my wheel was bent and went out their way to show me the problem. Unfortunately I hit a road hazard a few weeks later, and even though I didn’t buy the warranty the man knew the situation and helped me fix the tire. They also price matched these new rims and they look great.
